Paislie’s Story
As most of you know Paislie woke up one morning a couple weeks ago unable to walk or put any weight on her left leg. She has been in and out of the hospital the past couple weeks and seeing Orthopedic Doctor due to a possible infection of her left leg. After multiple surgeries and testing on Tuesday evening our world was turned upside down. Although we found out a diagnosis for our baby girl it was not the one we were praying for. Paislie was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Type B. She has a long road ahead of her but good news in all this is the cure rate is 90%. This is the most common cancer in children. Paislie is blessed with an amazing oncologist and is currently still in Driscoll starting her chemo treatments. Total treatment is around 2 years but most will be outpatient. Please continue to pray for our 3 year old baby girl as her world is going to change so much. Paislie loves her preschool and will no longer be able to attend due to her immune system being weak. We are going to do our best to keep her life as normal as we can by keeping her safe also. Thank you all for all the prayers for her. We appreciate everyone checking in on her.
