Paint Urmston & Stretford Pink

Hi, On Sunday 15th October, The Copper Hatch is holding a charity mens leg waxing afternoon in order to support Paint Urmston & Stretford Pink who are raising money for the charity Prevent Breast Cancer.

Paint Urmston & Stretford Pink have encouraged local businesses to go pink for two weeks in order to raise awareness, promote breast health, start conversations and banish the myths and taboos. They are helping to raise awareness of breast cancer and the importance of the charity Prevent Breast Cancer, and raising funds vital for the work required by their scientists, researchers and screening academy.

' Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. Every year, over 55,900 people are diagnosed with breast cancer. That’s over 153 people a day. We want to stop the problem before it starts. Predict. Prevent. Protect. Unlike many cancer charities, rather than finding a cure, we’re entirely dedicated to preventing future generations from ever being diagnosed. ' - Prevent Breast Cancer Charity.

The fundraiser will be an afternoon of fun where all the money raised will go towards a great cause. Any donation is appreciated no matter how big or small. There will be a box on the day however you can also donate through this page.

Thank you for your support.
