Help me afford pain management

I have suffered from chronic pain since childhood, and it's only gotten worse with age. Other symptoms have accumulated over the years, such as debilitating fatigue, fevers, muscle weakness, brain fog, short term memory loss and joint stiffness. 
A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with a severe form of Fibromyalgia, but the riddle that is my health (or lack thereof) is still not fully solved. Suspected additional diagnoses include MCAS, EDS, ME/CFS and Sjogren's Syndrome. 

Around 1,5 years ago I had to stop working completely. My body gave up and there was nothing I could do. I've been more or less bedridden ever since. Apart from making me isolated and depressed, this has also greatly affected my financial situation. I barely make ends meet each month, my savings are almost gone and with my declining health comes extra costs (medication, hospital visits, seeing specialists etc).

I wish I could still say that my biggest dream is to travel or to meet my idols, but nowadays my biggest dream is to not be in so much pain; to afford the pain management and support that I need. Orthoses/braces, TENS-therapy, CBD capsules, a heartrate monitor and a theracane for trigger point therapy are some of the things at the top of my wishlist. 

It would mean the world to me to get financial help for this. I'm only 25 and I feel like I'm missing my youth. Affording any of these things would improve my quality of life.
