Paige's Olympic Dream

Paige started shooting competitively in 2014 at the age of 11.   She competes in both 10M Air Rifle and 50ft Smallbore.

In August 2016, she watched Ginny Thrasher win the Olympic Gold Medal in 10M Air Rifle.  Seeing Ginny win put the dream in her of competing at the highest levels.

With this dream, comes a hefty price tag.  I don't want her to miss out on a chance of a lifetime due to financial constraints.

The equipment she is currently using is on loan from the local high school ROTC team and its coach.   The new equipment will allow her to grow in the sport.

These funds will allow her to improve her skills and hopefully advance to the highest level of competition.  

Any funds over the goal will go towards future travel costs.

UPDATE: With the assistance of  bank loans, much of the equipment has been acquired.  With the equipment, her performance has greatly improved, allowing her to begin competing at the NATIONAL level.   Performing at this level incurs a lot of travel expenses such as airline, rental car, meals,  and hotel charges.  In 2019, she made 3 trips to the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.  These trips average around 2K a piece.  

Any funding assistance is greatly appreciated.  Her sights are currently set on competing at the collegiate level, hopefully at a Division I school, with a possible destination of Paris in 2024 for the Summer Olympics!!!
