Hi, as most have seen, my daughter Paige has had an odd-shaped head pretty much since birth. At her two-month checkup, her pediatrician referred her to a plastic surgeon, where we thought we were going to get information on a helmet to help correct her head shape. Unfortunately, Paige was diagnosed with Scaphocephaly. In other words, her head is long and narrow with the sagittal suture on the top of her skull fused prematurely. To treat this, Paige will have to undergo a major surgery called cranial vault reconstruction. She will be in the children's hospital for up to seven days. Two of those days, she will be staying in the ICU.

Our goal here is just to make sure Paige is healthy and happy. However, Chris (her dad) has been the only one working and supporting us and managing the household bills. As we all know, travel, food, and hotel stays are expensive. We will be so thankful to anyone who chooses to donate. Anything donated will go towards Paige and anything she might need, including travel expenses.
