Bob White needs your help!

Do you know Bob White? Perhaps you have a beautiful, great-sounding mandolin or banjo he made that has given you much joy. (I sure have!) Or maybe you've always admired his work, or have been one of the many people whose lives Bob and Dove White have touched in other ways. I'm asking you to now help the family out, and QUICKLY, as, due to a series of health problems, the family will soon lose their house when the bank forcloses on it.
My name is Hilarie Burhans. I live here in Southeastern Ohio, and am lucky enough to own a beautiful and great-sounding banjo that Bob made the neck for, before a series of strokes slowed his instrument-building career. But I was in touch today with Dan Erlewine and Don MacRostie and learned that Bob and his wife Dove, who took out a mortgage in order to put an addition on their house so that their son's family could move in, are now on the brink of losing their home. The remodeling was a few years ago, and until recently all was well. Bob's son and daughter-in-law have been a godsend. Dove can't lift Bob herself, and their son has been taking care of his dad while his wife works. But the family finances slipped behind due to some additional health issues, which have now been mostly resolved. Help at this time should get them back on more solid ground and they'll be able to resume their mortgage payments.
All money raised will go directly to Bob and Dove White, who will use it to pay off the arrears on their mortgage. Even a small contribution from will mean so much to them, and help so much!
