We are constantly asked by Pat's tribe of friends and loved ones... how can we help?  If you want to help, prayers are our #1 continued request and if you want to contribute in other ways, here is an opportunity.

 This most recent surgery in November 2018 down at Duke was again successful ... thankfully ... but the costs just for this one surgery were so incredibly high, plus the ongoing costs associated with ...  high medical health insurance premiums, out of pocket deductibles and co-pays,  surgery, ongoing tests, doctor fees, MRI's, and the costs of medication ... all of these expenses continue to mount.  Even with good insurance, the out of pocket costs are extraordinary.    

Pat has courageously been dealing with brain cancer since 2010, undergoing 2 brain surgeries and years of treatment with so many family and friends supporting him every step of the way.  At 30 years old, we want Pat to continue to live his life without the constant burden of such high ongoing medical expenses ... he is burdened with the challenges that naturally come with fighting this disease, but we want to spare him from the outrageously high ongoing financial burden while trying to stay healthy and receive the care he needs.   Pat does not ask for anything and this fund  is being set up for him... not by him...  there are many of us that want to protect him from these burdens... it's our way of trying to help an incredible young many who continues to show courage, bravery and acceptance of what life has dealt him.  He is modest, humble and beyond appreciative of all your prayers, love and support that has and continues to help him over these past 8 years...   his tribe of lifelong friends and our family ... thanks you from the bottom of our hearts ...  we are so grateful !
