Paddy O'BBQ Launch

All of my adult life I've loved to cook. Starting in restaurant kitchens and then moving into cooking for my family, entertainment, and friends. That grew into an obsession with BBQ and smoked meats. I've decided to parley that love into a food business and start "Paddy O' BBQ", featuring homemade BBQ, sauces, and sides for mail-order and direct sales.


The funds provided by your generous donations will be used to create the company, purchase equipment, pay for permits and legal fees, and get the initial batches of BBQ to the paying public.

I'm going to start this endeavor immediately.

Your support will allow me to get "Paddy O' BBQ" off the ground and help me realize my dream to make a living doing what I love, and am very very good at.

To show my gratitude, all supporters will be invited a 'launch party' at Mean Max Brew Works in Glens Falls where I will provide the meat and sides, and Mean Max will have there amazing selection of brews available for purchase. Those of you unable to attend will receive a frozen BBQ sampler, shipped to their address by FedEx. Supporters will also get significant discounts on purchases of food and merchandise.
