I'm raising money in my "Paddle for a Cause" campaign during the Missouri River 340 Mile Race from Kansas City to St. Charles, MO August 4th to August 7th to benefit Lydia's House Inc, and any donation will help support this collective effort to make a meaningful and positive impact for our community.
Some of you know me from my work in Healthcare IT or as the President of the Greater St. Louis MGMA or as a supporter of live music or as a friend or family member. Whatever path we have crossed to have you finding yourself receiving this request to support Lydia's House in their mission, I want to thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
Lydia's House works in faith to end domestic violence by being a place of healing and a voice of hope for abused women and their children. We all know someone and likely many people who have been abused and victimized by someone that was supposed to be a trusted partner or family member. They help victims get back on their feet by providing safe places to heal and stabilize to allow them and their children to discover the comfort of a peaceful home space.
So please help me help our community be that much safer and whole.
