Central Catholic High School invites you to witness the Power of Change! Donate between Monday, February 9 and Friday, February 20 to help those in need experience hope, kindness, and compassion! All proceeds received by Friday, February 20 at midnight will benefit the Central Catholic Schnitzer Cares program, and Central Catholic service immersion trips.

By partnering with the Schnitzer Cares program, donations of $50 or less will be eligible for an INCREDIBLE $10 to $1 gift match by the Harold and Arlene Schnitzer CARE Foundation up to $15,000!

Central Catholic students have been chosen to participate in the Schnitzer Cares Program, an initiative that allows them to engage directly in a grantmaking process that empowers them to use their passions and voices to make change . As part of the program, students collaborate to identify a specific service area to focus on, and this year they have chosen to support children and families experiencing financial hardship and houselessness. Beyond selecting a focus area, students will have the opportunity to interview nonprofit organizations making a meaningful impact in this field. Ultimately, they will decide on one or two organizations to receive a portion of the funds raised from the Power of Change. In addition, this campaign will also help fund and support Central Catholic students participating in service immersion trips to the Dominican Republic through Education Across Borders. Your donation to the Power of Change will help provide students with opportunities for personal growth, faith in action, and meaningful community impact.
