Pachuta House Fire and Grant Pachuta Medical

UPDATE 7/8 11pm:

Grant had surgery tonight to begin cleaning his burns. The surgeon was happy with what he saw and will do a similar surgery at the beginning of next week to clean additional burns. He’s been able to move all extremities and is in “critically stable” condition. 

UPDATE 7/7 10:45am:

Grant is responding by shaking his head yes/no, the medical staff is slowly weaning him from the ventilator, and they are going to tackle nutrition and dressing changes today. Very promising news, but still many hurdles coming. Keep praying for our fighter, Grant!

Early this morning our friends and family members, The Pachuta Family, had a horrific house fire that has left their 12-year-old son Grant hospitalized, the home demolished, and a long road to recovery for all 7 in their immediate family.
