Last week, a wildfire devastated my hometown and my parents David and Veronica, and my sister Susie lost their homes and all of their belongings. My family is healthy and safe but unfortunately they have a long road ahead of them in finding new homes and gaining their livelihood back. My dad suffered a major stroke in 2013 and has been unable to work much since then and my sister's husband, the main provider of the family, is a firefighter who's been fighting wildfires in another state for the last 3 weeks. Many of you who know my family, know them as humble, hardworking and welcoming. They are hurting right now and asking for help is incredibly hard so I'm asking for them. I know we're all struggling in these times but any donations are greatly appreciated. They will be forever grateful and so will I.
