Pacha had his 3 surgeries! Please help NWAC rescue

Tax deductible
Update: Pacha has completed his 3 surgeries and now we get to see how well they worked! He is doing great so far, and exceeding our expectations for healing. We have almost reached our goal, please help me in the final push! He is with wonderful fosters Maia and Corey, and you can follow his progress and await his adoption at @hhfosterkittens on IG.

Sweet Pacha was born with a very rare genetic defect that did not become apparent until he was several weeks old. Until he was big enough for surgery, he has tolerated many medications, enemas, bathes and homemade diapers. Despite everything, he purrs and cuddles constantly, and just loves everyone. Most kittens with his condition (anal and colonic strictures) pass away.

Not even the veterinary specialists knew exactly what his prognosis was or exactly how to fix his issue. They decided on a surgery to just puncture open the stricture. He has had the first of several procedures done to allow him to defecate normally and he did great!!!! Pacha is already better and should start to gain weight soon. His second procedure is scheduled for Dec 5th, 2023 at Sunstone Veterinary Referral Center in Portland, OR.

Northwest Animal Companions is a 501c3 rescue that is fantastic! I would love to help them raise money for Pacha and other animals like him who need special care. For my upcoming 50th bday- the big 5-0, please help them. You can donate here on GoFundMe for the Pacha fund, and it is tax deductible! You can also donate directly to the veterinary specialty clinic here: https://www.sunstonevets.com/about-us/payment-form.html, but make sure you indicate this is for Pacha NWAC care. Donating to the clinic is great- but not tax deductible or matched by participating employers if done this way.

-More information about Northwest Animal Companions: Northwest Animal Companions is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue located in the Portland Metro area of Oregon that is completely volunteer run. We rely on loving foster homes for our animals in rescue and donations to cover the needs of those animals. We host adoption events and fundraisers all over the Metro area all year long to make sure we have enough money to cover vet costs, and to collect supplies that help us care for the dogs and cats in rescue. 100% of money donated to NWAC goes to care of the cats and dogs.
