Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit The Kohn Foundation, a non-profit 501c3 organization which directly supports the Humane Society Grand Bahama.
Hurricane Dorian decimated the Humane Society Grand Bahama: the building, vehicles, and medicines. Six heroic volunteers stayed behind during the storm and valiantly attempted to save the animals, but sadly, hundreds of dogs and cats perished in the flood waters.
While many donations and efforts are being made to help the people of the Bahamas, I don’t want to forget the innocent, displaced animals. I have decided to raise money for them by walking 60 miles—-20 miles a day, for three days (Nov. 15-17, 2019).
