A few months ago Paige was diagnosed with a rare heart condition known as IST or Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia (IST), which is a rare type of cardiac arrhythmia.  Basically, her heart speeds up and slows down drastically and without warning which leads to unexpected fainting, inability to drive, fatigue, and abnormally high/low blood pressure.  She has undergone surgery twice, however both were unfortunately unsuccessful. 

Her new cardiologist has guaranteed that a pacemaker will cure her current condition, however her insurance will not cover the surgery which is going to cost her over $40,000 out-of-pocket.  Paige is scheduled to undergo surgery tomorrow at Emory Hospital in Atlanta and could really use our help.
