Please help raise money for my cousin as he requires a pacemaker replacement.  Marel has a heart condition that required him to get a pacemaker 12 years ago and is now in desperate need of a replacement. Due to his pacemaker being on its last legs, my cousin is having shortness of breath and chest pains. He is currently bedridden and unable to care for his wife and 2 kids. The doctor said his battery is dying and without a new one his heart condition will worsen and put him at risk of a heart attack.  They want $5000 at the time of surgery to replace it.   Marel lives in Honduras where Covid19 has made it very difficult to find any type of medical help and they will only take appointments if you have the financial resources.   Please keep him and his family in your prayers and any donations made will be greatly appreciated.
