My name is Precious Dela Cruz, and I am a resident of the Pahoa  community.   I have started this go fund me to help my brother in law and sister in law and two children to obtain some sort of stability in their lives due to the dramatic changes that have affected them in the Puna lava flow.
Noah Friend and Shantel Pacarro along with their two children Naiah and Nainoa are from Puna and have been living in the Leilani Estates Subdivision for over 20 years. Noah’s Dad along with Noah (as a child) built their family home in Leilani Estates on Moku street. Due to the current May 3, 2018 Puna lava flow, their family has been displaced. Their home is currently partially falling into a sinkhole in their yard and their home is surrounded by massive cracks as Tutu Pele approaches. Their home remains inaccessible, so they are unable to obtain any of their belongings. My heart breaks for our community and everyone who is facing this similar situation.
I humbly ask for any donation that you can afford that may help them with the displacement of their home.  Shantel has been deligated as the beneficiary on this account,  so all funds donated will go directly  to her account to help them to pick up the pieces and start again in the rebuilding of their forever changed lives.
