Hello everyone, Pablo Picasso is a wonderful 2 year old Doberman in need of surgery to save his life. Pablo's story starts with a small cut on his paw that his previous owner tried to bandage himself. Unfortunately, the bandage was too tight and turned into a tourniquet. We tried for weeks to save his foot, but the damage was too much. Today, the bottom of his foot fell off due to infection. The infection is starting to climb his leg and we are worried that without surgery he will become septic and die. Pablo's former owner could not afford surgery and wanted what was best for his dog, so signed him over to my veterinary team. Unfortunately, we are also struggling to make ends meet and keep lights on. I will be paying for Pablo's surgery out of pocket if I have to, but it will be a financial struggle for my family.
