Hello I am Pablo, I am 53 years old and at the moment I have heart failure and my heart only works at 10%, I live thanks to a machine to which I am connected, I want to get your collaboration for my open heart surgery and transplant, you know I have a lot of desire to live and many dreams like you; one of them is to be with my son this year at his graduation. I am from Ecuador and I am hospitalized in Los Angeles, I need all the help I can get to cover the extensive treatment I must undergo. At the moment my heart is affected and they are following up on the rest of the organs that may also be affected.
