Pablo & Heather Varando

Our friend and long-time Cosential colleague, Pablo Varando and his wife Heather suffered a total loss of their home and death of all of their beloved pets (Pablo affectionately calls them his mini-zoo) as their home burned to the ground late last week.  They  are extremely thankful nobody in the family was harmed, but now have nothing except the clothes they were wearing and the few things Pablo had brought with him to ATX for our all team meeting.

Although they have homeowners insurance, the policy covers only the dwelling itself and not any of the contents that we all take for granted daily, so they are effectively starting over from scratch.   What that means is that although they prefer being the ones  providing help to others, this is a time where they need help for themselves.   

We've chosen a very conservative initial goal of $2,500 in the hopes we can quickly reach that and get them some relief.  Anything you can donate will go a long way toward reminding Pablo & Heather that they aren't alone, as well as helping them  to set up "home" as they move into an apartment while waiting for insurance to finalize the claim and rebuild (which will of course extend over the next several months).
