Let’s Help Tammy

If you don’t know our dear friend Tammy Cunningham, please allow us to introduce her and ask for your support as she has just been diagnosed with cancer for a second time. Tammy is in treatment to manage this cancer, which should slow the progression and give additional years of life. Even typing that is hard.
Five years ago Tammy fought hard to beat cancer the first time, but this new diagnosis is a heartbreaking blow. As she begins treatment once again, we want to rally around her, not only in spirit but also by helping ease the stress of not being able to work.
Quite simply, if you know her you love her. In fact, you probably fell in love with her smile, warm heart and laugh within 10 min of meeting her, like we all did. She’s the first one to write you a heartfelt birthday card or drop off your fav food after you have a baby. She shouts your brilliance and your projects from the rooftops while never promoting herself. We are so lucky to call her a friend and sister and want to give back, just a fraction of what she has given, during her toughest battle yet.
For those who don’t know her, Tammy has an entrepreneurial spirit. You may know Tammy through her workshops, events, coaching and trainings. She has spent her career teaching, mentoring, and guiding others, helping people develop exceptional leadership, conflict resolution and communication skills. Tammy has a lifelong love of animals, and has been running a pet nanny business for many years. Or you may know her through some of the other ventures she has embarked upon. She has a gift for connecting with people, opening minds to new ways of thinking, and creating lasting impact.
Being self-employed has allowed Tammy to touch so many lives, but it also means there’s no built-in safety net during times like these. After years of treatments, the economic strain of the pandemic, going back to school to get a graduate degree and now this new diagnosis, our hope is to support her over the next six months so she can focus as much as possible on her wellbeing for her continued journey.
If you’re able to contribute, we are beyond grateful. If you can’t donate but would still like to help, simply sharing this page with others who might be able to support Tammy means the world.
Thank you ever so much for reading, for caring, and for being part of the community lifting Tammy up during this difficult time. Your kindness and generosity mean everything.
