PA Bahamas Family Dorian Relief

One of the most powerful hurricanes ever has just ravaged the Abaco Island chain and Grand Bahama Island in The Bahamas. We are grateful that all of our immediate family that live there are alive.
Our names are Gerard Darville and Tawan Turnquest. We reside in Pennsylvania, but grew up in The Bahamas and our immediate, extended family and fellow Bahamian brothers and sisters in Abaco and Grand Bahama have been affected by this storm. The last time with hurricane Joaquim, our parents and sisters and brothers in Long Island lost their homes and most of their belongings. This time it is our family in Grand Bahama and Abaco, including two of our brothers and their families, an uncle, and aunt her children and grandchildren, many of our nieces and nephews and their families, and many other friends and family that have been affected. They need some assistance to kick start recovery.
These funds will be used for:
1. Transportation costs to take donated items from PA to Florida to send to all affected persons in Abaco and Grand Bahama. We are buying supplies and collecting donations from friends in PA.
2. Purchase much needed supplies for affected family members and transport to Bahamas
3. Cash donations to affected family members to assist in recovering from this disaster. They need funds for almost everything. Many of them will be without income for some time.
4. Supplies and transport of supplies to the generally affected population in Abaco and Grand Bahama. The need is immense.
