More information about Children's Health Foundation: Children's Health Foundation is the new unified children's healthcare charity, which exists to raise funds to support the vital, life saving work that takes place every minute of every day in Children's Health Ireland hospitals and urgent care centres. Formerly Temple Street Foundation and CMRF Crumlin, CHF raises funds with the help and generosity of supporters across Ireland and beyond.

In January 2025, I’ll be taking part in UCD SciSoc’s annual Scicle, a charity cycling event in support of Children’s Health Foundation Crumlin. To help raise funds, I’ll be launching a special series called 30Trips&Dips. Over 30 days, I’ll travel to 30 counties in Ireland, taking a dip or swim in a lake or the sea in each one. Each episode will feature someone I know from that county joining me for the adventure.
