Please help Jess

Jess is a 9 year old Labrador who loves life, her tail is constantly wagging and she is always chasing a ball.

From being a healthy dog days ago, Jess is suddenly very ill with Chronic Liver Disease. She needs an operation with a specialist and we would be so grateful to anyone who can help us fund this to give our girl a chance.

Ive never asked for any help before but I cant give up on Jess, she has a chance with this operation and care but our insurance only covers a small part.
