Lisa’s Journey

Lisa is my baby sister. She is preparing for a serious surgery as she battles cancer. Months ago she was diagnosed with pancreatic NET(neuroendocrine tumor) and it has spread to her liver. This surgery gives her a chance to be cured. The surgeons have told her to expect an eight day stay in the hospital and that is barring any complications or set backs. Lisa is prepared to give this her best fight and her faith is strong.  It is going to be hard being several hours from her home especially with the covid situation limiting who can be with her.  Several have asked how they can help. Mostly she and her family requests prayers.  God does not run out of miracles! This will be a financial burden (as with everyone who has faced these situations). As a sister who wants to lessen some of her worries, I humbly ask for donations to help with some of the travel and lodging expenses.  Again we ask for big prayers to a very big God!  With deepest thanks.
