You, and our global hockey community, have helped changed the sport of hockey in Mongolia. Since we began our journey in 2015, you have helped us:
- Triple the number of kids playing hockey in Mongolia
- Sent nearly 1000 sets of gear to Mongolia. (Many of those are shared by more than 2-3 kids).
- Outfitted the first-ever Women's National Team for an IIHF event.
- Helped create the first-ever hockey academy in Mongolia with 160 members and teams and tournaments at the U6, U8, and U10 levels that never previously existed.
- Receive a Medal of Distinction from the Mongolian Olympic Committee presented by the Ambassador to Mongolia.
- Drive demand for covered and indoor hockey rinks.
- Changed the lives of thousands of kids and their families.
- Created the infrastructure and demand that has helped Mergen Arslan and the Mongolian Hockey Federation host the IIHF U18 Asia and Oceania Championship this winter!

It is time to do it again!
- With shipping costs now approaching normal, and great partners on the ground hungry to receive another container of used and new equipment, we are raising money to make it happen.
- We have heard from SO MANY of you over the years and have at least 50% of the equipment we need to fill a 20-foot container in garages and storage units around Vancouver. We know once we launch this initiative we will fill it with ease.
- We have nearly 50% of this campaign verbally committed by Canadian companies operating inside Mongolia.
Now it is time for all of us to come together again to solidify our role in the history of hockey in Mongolia. Funds will be used to cover the cost of a shipping container of used and new hockey equipment to be collected in the spring of 2023 in Vancouver. Any surplus of funds will be used to purchase equipment to add to the container. Our most recent quote, at a discount through the Mongolian Community in Vancouver, was $7000 USD in November 2022. We will set the date of collection when this fundraising goal is reached.
