Hi everyone,

I'm creating this GoFundMe for my dear friend Emma, who is going through one of the hardest times of her life.

Emma is only 20 years old and has been battling anorexia and severe anxiety for ages now. Despite her strength and resilience, life has become incredibly overwhelming and right now, she’s homeless with nowhere safe to go.

She’s trying so hard to keep going, but without a stable place to stay, access to food, or support for her mental health, it’s almost impossible for her to focus on healing. Emma has been doing her best just to survive day by day.

I’ve seen how kind, creative, and brave she is even in the middle of all this. She deserves a chance to feel safe, to breathe, and to begin recovering without worrying about where she’ll sleep next. Emma is not well and extremely vulnerable right now. She will be starting Uni next week.

How Your Help Will Make a Difference:

Provide safe housing (even a short-term room or rental to keep her from being on the streets)

Access to food, clothing and other essentials

If anyone has any contacts for housing and such please send them through.

Anything you can give would help or even just sharing this with others would mean the world. She has reached out to the Council and police but to no avail. You would think these people would help someone like Emma but NO! I dread to think how much more people like Emma are out there, getting a door slammed in their face, asking for a helping hand by the people that should provide it. She is constantly getting told someone will call her back or get in touch. She waits patiently and no one does ever call back. Emma needs a community right now to remind her she’s not alone. She really needs to be shown that people out there care for her.
