It is with the greatest sorrow that we announce the passing of our father due to a massive bilateral stroke. He was a loving father, husband, grandfather, brother, uncle and a wonderful friend to anyone who crossed his path. He was a very generous, heartwarming, and lighthearted man, everyone loved him. If you had the blessing to have met him you would’ve seen how selfless and caring he was. His passing was so sudden and completely unexpected that it literally turned our world inside out. We are all trying our best to muster the strength to live our lives without him, but this whole process has been so exhausting and emotionally draining for everyone, especially for his dear loving wife, Cinthy. Our dad’s life changed when he crossed paths with Cinthy and married her only months after meeting, they would have been celebrating their 25th anniversary this May.

Our hearts are broken and we are all still in disbelief. Fortunately we have been able to come together as a family to help with his services and funeral, but mama Cinthy is left with expenses of her own. So with this GoFundMe we hope to ease the burden during this difficult time since she is now left with hospital bills, a mortgage, a major cut in her pay due to taking so much time off from being in the hospital and hospice, and to travel for dad’s services which will be held March 10th. And thank you for all the love and prayers, your warmth, generosity, concern and affection during this time of grieving is helping us all immensely.

Con el mayor dolor anunciamos el fallecimiento de nuestro padre debido a un derrame cerebral masivo. Fue un padre, esposo, abuelo, hermano, tío amoroso y un amigo maravilloso para cualquiera que se cruzara en su camino. Era un hombre muy generoso, cariñoso y alegre, todos lo amaban. Si hubieras tenido la bendición de haberlo conocido, habrías visto lo conmovedor y cariñoso que era. Su fallecimiento fue tan repentino y completamente inesperado que literalmente puso nuestro mundo del revés. Todos estamos haciendo todo lo posible de reunir la fuerza para vivir nuestras vidas sin él, pero todo este proceso ha sido emocionalmente agotador para todos, especialmente para su querida y amada esposa, Cinthy. La vida de nuestro papá cambió cuando se cruzó con Cinthy y se casó con ella solo unos meses después de conocerse, este Mayo estarían celebrando su aniversario número 25.

Nuestros corazones están rotos y todos todavía estamos incrédulos. Afortunadamente hemos podido reunirnos como familia para ayudar con sus servicios y funeral, pero mamá Cinthy tiene sus propios gastos. Entonces, con este GoFundMe esperamos aliviar la carga durante este momento difícil, ya que ahora tiene facturas del hospital, una hipoteca, más un recorte en su salario debido a que se tomó tanto tiempo libre de estar en el hospital y del hospicio, y además tendrá que viajar para los servicios de papá que se llevarán a cabo el 10 de marzo. Gracias a todos de antemano por su contribución, ninguna cantidad es pequeña y será apreciada gratuitamente.
