Help Jess go to Grad School

My name is Jessica Rubio. I am a DACA recipient, and I need your support to make my dream of going to Grad School a reality! 

Here is a little recap of my journey and why I need your support:

Remember the November Presidential election? I do!
That's the day I felt safe again. I knew that I will be safe in this country for at least 4 more years, so I decided to reach for the stars and apply to the top 5 schools for Public Policy. 

I never thought I was going to be accepted into any of these institutions, but I focused on submitting my applications, at the end of the day, that is all I had control over.

Impostor syndrome was present at every step of the way, but the community that I have been serving for the last 10 years was there to hold me and motivate me. 

Today, I am happy to report that I was accepted into all my dream schools: 
Harvard University (MPP and ELOE)
Duke University (MPP)
University of California, Berkeley (MPP)
University of Michigan (MPP)
University of Chicago (MPP)

Receiving those acceptance letters was surreal, but it was also a reminder that I needed to continue fighting to make this dream a reality. 

I need to fundraise $36,273 to attend Berkeley. I need your help!
