De Klerk Family Fund

Quintin De Klerk was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer in September 2015 and has had radiation and chemotheraphy treatment over the past few months.

This week Quintin received the devastating news, following a CT scan, that his spine is full of cancer.  His treatment hasn't worked and doctors have told him it's just a matter of time now.

Quintin is in a lot of pain and has been admitted to Hospital for pain relief.

He is a devoted husband to Jenine and father of two gorgeous children, Emma  and Joshua.

All funds raised here will go towards medical and family expenses (due to the family's Residency status, they don't receive medicare assistance).  Urgent need right now is for a flight to Perth for Quintin to have radiation treatment on his spine which will help with his pain levels.  The flight is $7,600 each way.
