I am not one to ask for help, but it would greatly be appreciated. The accident made my previous back surgery worse.

I was in a horrible car accident and have been left injured and without a vehicle. I need a little help to get back on my feet and start working again. Any bit of help is appreciated. I'm lucky and grateful. Things could have been a lot worse. I feel blessed despite the whole situation.
