2019 Kuato Benefit Show

Tax deductible
The Keya Sansguiri Memorial Fund was created in honor of our daughter, who passed away in 2016 at the age of 5. Our purpose is to help support and raise awareness for children with complex medical needs. Keya had a rare genetic mutation on the SCN8a gene causing seizures, uncontrollable movements, and muscle weakness, and required a lot of specialized medical equipment, treatment, and therapies. Though she passed away from complications of her diagnosis, we hope to keep her memory alive by helping other children with special needs.

The KSMF has partnered with the band Kuato (with Keya’s dad on bass and vocals!) for an annual event. Our hope is to raise money for an established local charity that supports children with specialized needs such as medical equipment, home modifications, and therapies. We are very excited this year to benefit the Friends of Nathan Fund at Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley which provides financial aid for specialized therapies to children with developmental delays and disabilities.

Please help us reach our goal this year during our annual fundraiser. The event is on October 19, 2019 at Basecamp Pub in Lisle, IL featuring Kuato.  If you are unable to attend and would like to donate, we are accepting donations through Go Fund Me.
