Scleroderma the unknown

My name is Smithie Shaunta Stallworth. I was diagnosed with Scleroderma in 2012. Scleroderma is a chronic and rare disease that involves hardening of the skin, affects my blood vessels, and digestive tract. There is no cure which ultimately led to my death January 27, 2016. I left my family with high medical bills and I have made it difficult for my parents to make immediate plans for my burial. My parents are left to tell my four beautiful children about my fatal death. This account was created for Shaunate medical bills and to make arrangemants for her funeral. Thank You So Much!
