Helping with Scott's final journey
Donation protected
I've known Scott from a young lad through his teens to a man.
I have been privileged to get to know him and also become close to his family.
He was one to never say no.. With that cheeky grin... I'll be right...
Turning his hand at many different twists... Never in a straight line. His working life is proof enough to show that.
He would always turn up with a smile and excited to see you no matter how long it might have been.
He had a way of making you smile on the inside. Had a bit of the Aussie lad in him that got him through.
He did what he enjoyed and his way right till the end. The world will be a quieter place without him.
Where ever he may go I'm sure he will be coming up with some scheme to make it more fun for himself and others around him.
I'm pleased to have known him and for him to call me mate.
My deepest sympathy goes to his close knit family, Bev, Sonia, Peata, Grace, Guy and friends.
I know how expensive it is just for a funeral locally.
Scott passing in another country means that the family will have lots of additional costs (flights, accommodation, general travel costs, legal fees) just to get to him and organise his final journey.
So lets see what we can do for a mate and put in what we can. This may at least ease some of the financial burden for his family at this difficult time.
