Leg Surgery for our Puppy Cecil

We, the Harrison family,  are trying to raise money for our puppy, Cecil, a Dachshund mix.  He needs leg surgery because his left leg from the elbow down to the paw is deformed causing him to limp badly and suffer in pain. The surgeon needs to do it soon while Cecil is still young.
We love our Cecil very much and hate to see him limp and suffer from the pain it's causing.  Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
