Isabelle’s Impact
Donation protected
On March 16th, Isabelle's family and friends will once again be running (or power-walking for those of us who are 7 months pregnant) the Shamrock Half Marathon wearing t-shirts promoting mental health awareness. Our goal is to allow struggling individuals to attend Mental Health and Substance Abuse programs by providing financial assistance. We have found a wonderful facility in Raleigh, and last year raised nearly $3,000 for those in need.
Isabelle's Story: As many of you know, we lost our Isabelle in September 2023 after a lifelong battle with anxiety and depression. Despite her warm nature and contagious laughter, she was in a state of near-constant unrest, often describing feeling like she was "about to explode."
The summer before her passing, she attended a treatment program in Tampa. She made significant improvement, developed life-changing relationships, and even led the nightly Dharma meditation classes.
Isabelle had a giving heart and made it her purpose to help others. We hope you will consider donating to this worthwhile cause and help save lives.
