Junior Soto, a thirteen year old Acton boy was hit by a car while walking home with two of his friends Sunday, Nov 2 at 6:15pm. He was hit while in the crosswalk and sustained serious injuries. Junior was medflighted to Mass General Hospital and is in critical care with his mother by his side. The accident was a hit and run and the police are looking for the driver. Junior is a 7th grader at RJ Grey, who loves basketball. His friends and classmates describe him as kind, athletic, friendly, fun to hang out with and the kid who has a smile for everyone. At this time it is unknown what Junior’s medical expenses will be but, we expect they will be extensive. His mom will also incur lost wages and many expenses to be by his side throughout his recovery. Please consider assisting Junior’s mother. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
