Please help an English 1st year ICKSP Seminarian

Dear friends,

My name is Thomas Johnson. I'm twenty-two years old and have recently entered the Seminary of the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest, to begin my studies for the priesthood.

The ICKSP is a Roman Catholic Society of Apostolic Life of Pontifical Right with the aim to spread the reign of our Lord Jesus Christ in all spheres of human life. You can read more about it here: Link

I have spent the last year at the Institute's English house of discernment in Preston, receiving an initial experience of the canonical life, and preparing for seminary, by developing a similar routine of prayer, study, and manual work.

Priestly formation ordinarily takes seven years, during which seminarians receive necessary intellectual training in philosophy, and theology, but also important spiritual formation, to draw close to the image of Christ in the priesthood.

The seminary fees, covering accommodation, food, and studies are approximately £7,000 per year, and I am unfortunately unable to cover these myself, as such I turn to your good charity, and generosity for however much you may be able to donate.
