Stem Cell Transplant for my dad

Hi friends and family, as many of you know my dad was diagnosed with PPMS (Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis) in September of 2020. These last few years have been life changing for my dad. From finding out there is no way to stop the progression of this disease, being put out on permanent disability and slowly losing mobility over the last couple years, has been heartbreaking to say the least.

Recently our family has found some hope through a treatment called HSCT (hematopoietic stem cell transplantations). HSCT uses chemotherapy to remove the harmful immune cells and then rebuilds the immune system using a type of stem cell found in your bone marrow. After a lot of research, careful consideration and consultation we are excited to share that my dad has been accepted for the transplant, in Puebla Mexico scheduled for July 2024.

However, as you may already know, these medical procedures come at a considerable cost. We understand that support comes in various forms, and your prayers and encouragement mean the world to us.
