Money for Medicine

I’m a 17 old boy who has a problem related to urethra and because of difficulties and environment i am I can’t afford medicine for it which isn’t worth more than $350 per month and i need 2 month course please help me through it my goal isn’t big and I’m at crucial stage if my life and my family is dependent on me .. if this problem prolonged i may get my penis damaged and my urinary organs too which can effect my kidneys so I really really need help
