Hi, Everyone! 

Approximately 5 weeks ago my best friend Christine and her husband Dean Fair's beloved dog Rosie mysteriously fell ill to what is now diagnosed as "Blasomycosis". This is an aggressive airborne fungus that attacks the respiratory system in dogs approximately 2-4 years old. Poor Rosie has been fighting for her life at Guelph's OVC since late last week and is in a very critical condition. Her lungs are invaded by the fungus and she's struggling to keep up with her breathing.

She needs oxygen and an IV constantly, which is not inexpensive to say the least. On top of her oxygen and IV she needs round the clock care and medication. The positive news is; if treatment works Rosie can go on to live a full life. That's why donations are so incredibly crucial. Rosie's vet stay is rather costly and Dean and Christine are doing everything they can finically to save Rosie but, we need to help.

Rosie is a perfect dog. She's warm, friendly and ready to give anyone a butt wiggle greeting with kisses and snuggles. She has so many other puppy friends that want her back in good health to continue scampering about, chasing squirrels and swimming. She's an incredible companion and irreplaceable member of the Fair/Arget household. For everyone that know Dean and Christine they are sure to know the love and importance this dog is to them. For those that do not know Dean, Christine or Rosie I hope you can still help out in any way possible just knowing what an amazing difference you can make in EVERYONES life by SAVING ROSIE!
