Hello!
My name is Jeremy and I have recently just come off ACL reconstructive surgery. During my three month period of waiting to get surgery, I have been dealing with numerous medical bills on top of taking care of my mother at the same time. The cost of the surgery ended up being $5,000 on top of everything else I was charged for.
Due to improper medication given to me after surgery, I was diagnosed with blood clots in my leg that if left unattended, would have caused the clots to go to my heart.
I’m extremely blessed for still having two legs and Insurance to help out with the surgery. All I ask is for your help, it would mean the absolute world to me with any contribution.
I look to use the funds to pay off all the medical bills I have accumulated and to help with my mother as well.
Looking forward to getting back to mentoring kids and adults around the world in business, while actively donating and serving the homeless in the Bay Area, Santa Cruz community.
