Chef Danny’s Medical Fund

Updated 1/21: It is with a heavy heart we share that Danny passed away on 1/20. Words can’t describe the lasting impact he had on so many. He was loved dearly and will be missed tremendously.

The family has shared these donations will help with his funeral expenses.

1/9: Danny served as head chef for Alpha Chi Omega at the University of Arizona from 2014-2022. During his time Danny prepared delicious meals each day, hosted incredible holiday parties and even devoted some of his time off to help create an incredible experience for us. Danny was much more than our chef. For many of us Danny became a friend we could confide in, a welcoming smile and a large impact on our collegiate years. I believe each of us have memories of and with Danny that we cherish. I know I speak for many of us when I say the Valenzuela family was an invaluable part of our Alpha Chi Omega experience.

In 2023 Danny was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer. Danny continues to keep fighting and seeking out different medical treatments. Medical bills come with a large financial impact. It would be a privilege to help lessen some of this burden. All contributions will be given to Danny and the Valenzuela family.
