Hi, my name is Sarah. I am originally from Arizona. I am a mom of 3 wonderful kids and currently residing in Maine.

I unfortunately found out that I have an aneurysm in my aortic heart valve. My heart surgery is sooner than I thought because of how big it is. All my family resides in Arizona. Due to these circumstances, I am unable to financially support little things while I am having this major surgery.

So I'm making this short, putting this out there; any little thing will help the kids and me along my journey. Even if you just share it or just put $2 on there, any little thing helps. My surgery date is December 19th. I would need to get down and travel two and a half hours one way on the 18th of this December. I know it is close to the holidays.
