Yesterday, July 20th, I lost my very best friend Jason Kostelansky, 47.

Our children Samantha Sutton, of Butler. Jasmine Kostelansky of NY. And Douglas Kostelansky of Butler.

Jay was a person who loved hard when he loved. I could look in his eyes and know how much he loved me. In 2010, Jay had back surgery and to be honest since then, life had been a living hell. This led to an addiction he couldn't handle. It was much deeper than I knew. Everyone is asking how they can help, at this time I don't know. I just know I have to put him to rest. Unfortunately, because of the circumstances it will be 50-60 days for the official cause of death. So currently, I'm not in the position to afford the cost and have to ask for help. Anything would be appreciated.
