pottery kiln
Hello Friends and Family,
I am reaching out because I am transitioning into creating an at home pottery studio. I was laid off due to COVID in june, which has given me the freedom to recreate my life. I have been a hairstylist for 13 years, and even though I have a deep passion and love for hair I feel it’s time to push myself into a new creative field. I started taking pottery classes in October of 2019 with clay creations in Pacifica. I fell in love.
Unfortunately after being laid off I’ve had to move out of my apartment in Pacifica and discontinue my membership with clay creations. Making the decision to leave my pottery community was difficult, but ultimately the only thing I could do with my unemployment financing my living. when leaving clay creations I lost access to a kiln and glazes. I was donated a pottery wheel recently, and looking to raise 1,500.00 to buy a kiln and some glazes so that I can get started in making my dreams come true. I’mnot someone who likes to ask for help but feel like this is something that will set the next chapter of my life up. Thank you so much for your time and donations. Once I have enough inventory I will be creating a website to sell my pieces. Look forward to creating . Be well and love each other
