The Great Escape

Hi lovely folk . As you may already know, it’s our beloved Mel’s Big Birthday, 28th Oct.

For some time, she has been dreaming of a Yoga retreat, a perfect switch off from all the cares and strains of modern life, but as she has so much to do and so little time for herself, she never thinks it’s possible to put herself first. . As someone who cares so much for everyone else, I’ve encouraged her, as I’m sure you have too, to just take the plunge and do this. I think her upcoming big birthday is the opportune moment for us all, as her friends and family, to push her on to achieve this dream.
