Heyyyyyyy My name is Bernadette and I'm from NYC. I'm a wife, Mom to 3 beautiful boys (2 with developmental disabilities), full time mental health case manager, jump rope & wellness coach and I speed walk 5 & 10K races for fun and causes. I'm raising money to publish my first book!
I've been working on this for a long time and it's finally coming together! This is an important story that needs to be told, and with your help we can make it happen.
The bad news? Publishing is expensive. Despite having a full time job, I do have other bills to pay, 3 fast growing boys and don't get paid nearly enough to cover expenses 100% on my own. What is the book called?
I'm still bouncing around names with my publisher, but I do know that the book is going to be a hit.
I can't wait for everyone else to get their hands on it!
What is it about?
It's a story about how the jump rope saved my life and made me who I am today. From falling on my butt to raising up victoriously both literally and figuratively, this journey will show you what it means for someone that never gives up!
So why am I asking for your help?

Publishing is expensive. I may have a full time job, but that doesn't mean I don’t need to care for my 3 sons and other bills in addition to caring about them as well!
My goal right now is $5K; if we reach it then great – victory parties all around (and happy tears)! However unlikely this might seem though- any amount helps– so please donate or share the campaign with your friends/family members who would love another book from yours truly :)
