Help Alicia Rebuild Her Home

Hello, my name is Jenn, and I am asking for any help that you may be willing to give to my co-worker and friend. One of our long time, hard working restaurant managers, Bertha "Alicia" Rizo was at work this morning when she received a phone call that has changed her life. Her house was on fire due to a space heater catching fire, and by the time she made it home, it was a complete loss. She is literally left with the clothes on her back at this point. She will need assistance in finding a place to stay, clothing, and basic necessities as soon as possible. I would love for her to be comfortable knowing that there is a community of people here in San Antonio, and in the world, who would be willing to help a friend or stranger rebuild in this holiday season. Any monetary donation will go directly to Alicia and her family to get the supplies she needs to get back to having a sense of normalcy.
