Hi everyone,

I’m creating this for such a special person in my life, my best friend since elementary school, someone who has always put others before herself and who would do anything for anyone in a heartbeat.

Her son Liam was born on June 22nd 2025, what they thought was going to be a healthy baby boy turned into so many issues they were not prepared for.

Liam was born with Spina bifida, solitary kidney, and grade 5 vesicoureteral reflux.

At just 11 days old he was hospitalized for 13 days due to sepsis - multiple IVs, MRIS, a spinal tap, ultrasounds, and much more to come.

Within the next 1-2 months he is going to need surgery on his spine and will be at Children’s hospital of Philadelphia for 10 days to recover. Unfortunately this surgery is not covered under their health insurance so this will be an out of pocket cost for them.

With the added stress of all these things I wanted to do something to help take the stress off of her and her husband so they can focus on their baby boy.
